What loan programs do you offer?

Miramar Mortgage is licensed to originate loans in Texas and Florida, and is headquartered in Dallas, TX, serving buyers across Dallas–Fort Worth.
How do I verify your license?
Andrew Bryan (NMLS #1369495) and Miramar Mortgage (Company NMLS #2648737) can both be verified through NMLS Consumer Access, the industry’s public license lookup.
Is this a commitment to lend?

Do I need a pre-approval before I look at homes?
It is strongly recommended. A pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience, tells you what price range is realistic, and makes your offer credible to a seller’s agent.
How accurate is the payment calculator?
It is an estimate. It models principal and interest exactly, and lets you add taxes, insurance, HOA and mortgage insurance as your own inputs. Actual rates and payments depend on credit approval and current market pricing.
